The United States Bowling Congress has sent updated proposed specification and rule revisions to bowling ball manufacturers, who have until March 15 to offer feedback.
In a letter to the manufacturers dated Jan. 16 and obtained by 11thFrame.com, USBC detailed the changes and reasoning behind the changes. A PDF of the letter is attached to the bottom of this story.
