Playing his A game, Marshall Kent jumped last left-handers Jakob Butturff and Matt Sanders in Wednesday’s second round of the Go Bowling! PBA 60th Anniversary Classic at Woodland Bowl in Indianapolis.
Kent, a 4-time PBA Tour champion who was PBA Rookie of the Year in 2014, fired games of 215, 244, 268, 268, 202, 227, 266 and a 256 on the Dick Weber 45 lane pattern for 1,946 in the second round, a pin better than his first round as he totaled 3,891.
