Update: Las Vegas Events funding $8,350,000 for deal extension that means USBC Open Championships, Women’s Championships to return to South Point every third year through 2039

In a move that should surprise no one, USBC in this news release on Wednesday announced an extension of its deal that will keep the Open Championships and Women’s Championships coming every third year through 2039.
South Point Bowling Plaza already was scheduled to host the Open Championships in 2024, 2027, 2030 and 2033, and now adds 2036 and 2039, and already was scheduled to host the Women’s Championships in 2023, 2026, 2029 and 2032, and now adds 2035 and 2038.
