At some point, the leading scores will be high enough at the 2022 USBC open Championships that the seemingly constant barrage of lead changes will slow. Perhaps Sunday was the day at South Point Bowling Plaza, as Tony Odom and Nick Powanda fired 1,518 to take the doubles lead a day after Mento Produce broke the team all-events record with 10,444, led by Brett Cunningham’s 2,220 to take the all-events lead. The prior doubles lead was 1,479 by Hall of Fame Chris Barnes and Billy Rogers....
