The prevailing wisdom among players at PBA World Series of Bowling XII seemed to be that scores would be highest for the Cheetah Championship and lowest for the Chameleon Championship, with the Scorpion Championship somewhere in the middle. Scores were moderately high in Sunday’s Cheetah qualifying and lower in Monday’s Chameleon qualifying, but then plummeted in Tuesday’s Scorpion qualifying.
