A new 4-person Team Quad Masters event kicking off the Badger Elite Wisconsin Masters weekend is the highlight of the 2012-13 Central Wisconsin Scratch Bowlers Tour schedule announced by CWSBT operator Dale Hackbart.

That 4-person team event will be Friday night, Oct. 19 at Weston Lanes, with the Elite Masters open and women's events on Saturday, Oct. 20 at Weston. The Elite Masters annually is the top scratch tournament in Wisconsin.
Hackbart said the mixed doubles that had been held that Sunday will not be held this year, but there will be a Youth Masters on Sunday, Oct. 21 at Weston.
"We need hotel stays or sponsor money might be gone, so we need people to support and help get teams," Hackbart said on Facebook.
That means you Wisconsin scratch bowlers!
I know I will be trying to get my team to Weston for the weekend.
Also new for this year is that Brunswick/DV8 will be the CWSBT ball sponsor.

As previously reported, the Sept. 15 event at Point Bowl in Stevens Points was rescheduled to Oct. 6 due to a conflict with the big Fusion Realtors Open in Iowa, Sept. 29 at Skipp's Bowling Center in Stevens Point, Oct. 27 at Shoreview Lanes in Oshkosh, the southern Badger Elite Dec. 1 at AMF West Milwaukee, the age divisions event Dec. 22 at Weston Lanes, and the finals Jan. 5 at Weston Lanes.
I don't see any other major conflicts with other events.
