Michael Haugen Jr., Scott Newell, Martin Larsen, Tom Hess make TV finals in wild finish to Scorpion Championship qualifying

In one of the wildest finishing games to decide TV finalists in PBA history, Michael Haugen Jr. jumped from sixth to first, Tom Hess finished with a 4-bagger to secure the last spot by a single pin, and just 21 pins separated first from eighth in the Scorpion Championship.
When it was over at South Point in Las Vegas on Tuesday night, Haugen Jr. was the top seed at 3,213, Scott Newell was second at 3,209, Martin Larsen third with 3,206, Hess fourth at 3,205, Tommy Jones fifth at 3,204, B.J....
