Six frames into the first game of the Madison Area Scratch Bowlers Tour tournament at Viking Lanes in Stoughton on Sunday, I had five flat 10-pins for spares and one strike. Obviously, it was not a good ball choice to start on Viking’s wet-dry house shot.
I changed to my shiny Storm PROTON PHYSIX, struck, left a solid 10-pin for a spare, and then closed with four strikes for 218.
